Caitlin has worked in cultural research for 12 years. Prior to joining Sound Diplomacy, she worked for the Institute for Voluntary Action Research, the National Theatre, and Arts Council England. Caitlin became part of the Sound Diplomacy team in 2018 and has since consulted on many music strategies, feasibility studies, and nighttime economy reports, including for the cities of Vilnius, Brisbane, Vancouver, San Francisco and Lausanne, has been the project manager on projects for the Barbican Centre, the London Borough of Haringey, the cities of Coventry, Belfast, Bradford, Manchester, and Norrköping, and worked with developers Quintain. Caitlin led the development of the Cultural Strategy for Earls Court in the UK, the Creative Economy Strategy for the state of Delaware, together with the Film, Music and Digital Entertainment strategies for both the City of Stonecrest and Delkab County.
