Eduardo holds a BA and MA in Economics and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Cultural Diplomacy and International Relations. He has more than 14 years of experience as a cultural and music economist researcher. Prior to joining Sound Diplomacy, he was a cultural economist with the Ministry of Culture of Colombia, the Secretary of Culture of Bogotá and worked at length with UNESCO. Eduardo has vast experience in developing and directing research and has a broad knowledge and experience working and researching under the United Nations System of National Account (UNSD), the 2005 Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions. While at Sound Diplomacy, Eduardo has conducted Economic Impact Assessments for Huntsville, Brisbane, Northwest Arkansas, San Francisco, Tulsa, The Shoals, St. Augustine, Fort Worth, Vancouver, Cardiff, Calgary, Edmonton, Victoria, Fulton County (Atlanta), Indianapolis and others.
