How Aisgill Gardens is expected to look if the Earl's Court development goes ahead

Sound Diplomacy is pleased to see the Earls Court Development Company (ECDC) submit their Hybrid Planning Applications, marking a significant milestone in the redevelopment of this iconic London site!

After four years of consultation and collaboration with local communities and stakeholders, the 44-acre site—previously home to the Earls Court Exhibition Centre—will be transformed into a world-class cultural destination. The project includes the creation of 4,000 new homes, 12,000 jobs, and 20 acres of new public space.

Additionally, this ambitious Masterplan focuses on sustainability, with plans to develop a net-zero carbon neighbourhood, complete with next-generation energy systems. Music and culture is a central theme of the build, including a new amphitheatre entrance from Earls Court station and the first of several planned cultural centres.

By weaving music and culture into the heart of this vibrant new neighbourhood, Earls Court is set to once again become a global destination for arts and entertainment.

We look forward to seeing how this project evolves and are excited to witness the cultural revitalisation of Earls Court in the coming years.
